Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These terms govern video editing and creative production services provided by CutCraft ("we", "us"). By commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms. Contact: getcutcraft@gmail.com.
1. Services
CutCraft provides video editing, thumbnails, voiceovers, script assistance, and related creative production services as described on our services page. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.
2. Pricing and payment
- Published starting prices: $1 per finished minute of editing, $3 per thumbnail, $1 per 10 minutes of voiceover, ~$2 per short-form video, $5 per video script.
- Final quotes are confirmed before work starts and are fixed unless the project scope changes.
- Payment terms are agreed per project. For new clients, we may require full or partial payment upfront.
3. Revisions and delivery
- Two revision rounds are included with every project. Additional revisions are billed separately.
- Delivery timelines are estimated per project and depend on prompt client feedback and materials.
- You are responsible for providing source footage, brand assets, and clear direction. We are not liable for delays caused by missing materials.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any upfront payment.
- Once work has started, payments cover work already performed and are non-refundable; any remaining balance for undelivered work is refunded.
- A free 30-second sample edit may be offered as a trial; it carries no obligation on either side.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered files and may use them commercially. CutCraft retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery. Source project files remain our property unless separately agreed.
6. Acceptable use
We do not produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights. You confirm you have the rights to all materials you provide to us.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from delayed publication.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect when your project was commissioned applies to that project.
