2. How we use it

We use your information only to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, deliver services you request, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as described here (form processing, hosting) or when required by law.

3. YouTube API Services disclosure

CutCraft uses YouTube API Services for internal market research — for example, identifying publicly available information about creator channels (such as channel names and publicly listed business contact details) so we can offer our editing services to relevant creators. We do not collect or store private YouTube user data.

By using YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain business records. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing getcutcraft@gmail.com — we will respond within 30 days.
